A unique and delicious cuvee that blends sous voile aged Chardonnay with an addition of 15% Savagnin from the estate’s Vin Jaune barrels. Vines grown biodynamically on marl soils lend the wine depth and fine acidity. Aging in a semi-oxidative environment produces textural complexity along with aromas of spicy and nuts.
