2021 - 50% Roussanne and 50% Vermentino
APPEARANCE: Golden yellow color, opaque, greenish-gold highlights.
NOSE: Notes of acacia, lemon, pear, and de fruits blancs. Which follow to the palate. An easy drinking orange wine and great introduction for those weary of this style!
PALATE: Soft tannin.
Manual and mechanical harvest. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, Malolactic fermentation, Cold pre-fermentation maceration, Non filtered.
