Fresh and inviting on the nose with notes of honey and white flowers. On the palate it is crisp with nice minerality and expressive notes of honey, stone fruits and acacia. The finish is long and pleasing.
Hand and mechanical harvest. 3 weeks fermented separately in tank, half the juice experiences brief oak contact and is blended just before bottling.
