Complex, both herbal and floral floral qualities and pronounced mineral characteristics. Concentrated fruit, tart acidity, and gentle tannins round out the profile, in addition to a slightly bitter finish.
Spontaneous fermentation on the skins occurs with indigenous yeast in concrete tanks. Rami normally spends 15 days on the skins. The wine ages in concrete vats for nine months followed by three months in the bottle before release.
