A SWEET natural wine with skin maceration. Very Dry with intense floral notes and a touch of spice. No temperature control. Because of its high sugar levels at harvest, it is very difficult to make natural Gewürztraminer (slight hint of residual sugar will put the wine at risk of re-fermentation in bottle because of no added sulfites) Thus it is only released in the best vintages.
