60% Syrah (planted in 1998, fermented in tanks and aged in concrete eggs)
40% Grenache (planted in 1953, fermented in large oak foudre and aged in double barrels of 500 Lt)
Aged for 12 months then blended, then stabilized for four months in concrete eggs before bottling.
