Cantina Giardino – Vino Bianco Magnum

2019 Fiano, Greco di Tufo, Coda di Volpe Cantina Giardino was born in 2003, today it has about 7 hectares of vineyards in Fiano, Greco, Aglianico and Coda di Volpe, all of which are grown in organic viticulture and with vinestock up to 100 years old. The vines are distributed in various municipalities in the Irpinia area, with consequent diversification of the soils and are managed directly by Antonio di Gruttola and his wife Daniela, with the sole exception of a small part of grapes purchased through micro conferrers and whose analyzes never have detected residues of substances coming from the use of synthetic chemistry. A blend of native grapes such as Fiano, Greco di Tufo and Coda di Volpe. Long maceration on skin, no filtration and no sulphite added. Organic.
