Pink grapefruit over crushed stone with just a hint of tart apple skin. This smells fresh and clean and will immediately transport you to a High Sierra meadow with its subtle floral and herbaceous aromas.
This lovely fizz finishes bright, crisp and mineral. 10 days skin contact with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Frozen must added before re-fermentation in bottle during Spring. Minimal added sulfur (if needed) and no disgorgement.
