It’s a zesty field blend of local grapes from super high-elevation vineyards. A bit tropical, tons of lemon zest and rocky minerality, light and crisp yet with a satisfying roundness on the palate, this is an awesome all-purpose, happy, summery daily drinker.
Spontaneous Fermentation. Aged in stainless steel without temperature control. Minimal sulfur additions if needed, and no filtering or fining.
