Chardonnay
This ancestral chardonnay is one of the two sparkling wines that are made naturally using the ancestral method, from old vines in the Casa Alarcón area weighing less than 2 kg per production strain, grown on 12-year arched guyot. The result is a very fresh straw golden wine, with hints of yeast, bakery and stone fruit, which develops into a meatiness on the palate, with a perfectly integrated, fine carbonation and a long and balanced aftertaste.
