This single-vineyard Pinot Noir is bright red, with aromas of cherries, ripe cranberries and red currant. Red forest berries are complemented by delicate pepper and caraway on the palate. Smooth, mineral finish.
Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Fermented and aged for 7 months in stainless steel. Practicing organic, unfined and unfiltered.
