“Ciapin” by Andrea Scovero is a rich and juicy red wine, vinified and aged only in steel tanks. The perfumes are articulated and intense, with notes of wild berries, spices, licorice and balsamic herbs. The taste is energic, smooth and with a good freshness. Average vine age ~45 years old. Harvested and sorted by hand. Spontaneous fermentation in inox steel for 20-30 days, until malo is complete. Aged 6-7 months in inox steel, bottled unfined/unfiltered.
