60% Gamay, 35% Grolleau, and 5% Braucol
Named after the French word for red currant, this vibrant Loire Valley blend bursts with bright morello cherry, wild strawberry, and savory hints of tomato leaf. Light-to-medium bodied with soft tannins and a crisp finish, this organic, low-sulfur red is an incredibly fluid, high-energy bottle that drinks beautifully with a light chill.
Hand-harvested from organically farmed parcels. Hudon utilizes an infusion style rather than heavy extraction—incorporating whole bunches with short macerations. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in fiberglass vats before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur (around 12 ppm).
