Note di Bianco by Sicilian wine master Alessandro Viola, is a natural white wine made from 100% Grillo grapes, indigenous to Sicily, farmed organically under the appellation Terre Siciliane IGT. Note di Bianco is zesty, crisp, and refreshing with aromas of fleshy pear and white fruits. Think morning after it rains freshly picked orchard, stone fruits. YUM!
Alessandro Viola adopts a non-interventionist winemaking approach: spontaneous fermentation then aged in steel on the lees for 6 months.
