Nerello Mascalese and Alicante
Vinification & elevage : The grapes are harvested in the last ten days of September. Short two- hour maceration on the skins , spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, no added sulphites.
9 months of aging in steel tanks, followed by 5 months in the bottle. A wine with a unique cherry-pink color, spectacular sapidity and an explosive mix of tropical fruits.
