Notes of white fruits, like peaches, pears, and apples, are well integrated with the notes in the fermentation and oak-aging process: vanilla, white chocolate, and toasted bread. Unctuous, balanced finish.
Direct pressing. Spontaneous fermentation. 50% of the wine fermented and aged in untoasted 500L French Oak barrels. The remaining 50% ferments and is aged in concrete vessels. No Malolactic fermentation.
