Varietals: Grüner Veltliner
Offering up a lovely bouquet of golden apple, ripe pear, citrus pith, and spicy white pepper. Quite concentrated and long on the finish, this is a glorious expression of Austria's most important white wine.
Hand harvest in the middle of October, 5 hours maceration. Spontaneously fermented and aged in a controlled stainless-steel tank. Matured for 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
