Vivanterre, White Petnat PRS

2020 Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sylvaner A blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sylvaner, with the first three coming from the village o Heiligenstein and the Sylvaner coming from Rosheim, both in Alsace. The grapes were harvested in early September and each varietal begna fermentation seperately, until about 20 grams of sugar remained. The juice was then blended and bottled, and the fermentation continued. The wine was aged under crown cap from mid November 2020 until disgorgement at the end of April 2021. No fining, filtration, or SO2 added at any phase of winemaking. Organic. Biodynamic.
