Intense and floral, with notes of yellow flowers, ripe yellow fruits, aromatic herbs and toasted almonds. Full-bodied, intense and structured, rich in savory and fresh aromas, with silky tannins on the long finish.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 6 days and malolactic fermentation in barriques. Without filtration. Followed by 13 months in used barriques and 6-12 months in bottle before release.
