Complex and structured, made only in the best vintages. Rich and elegant, this Fiano embodies the most typical characteristics of the grape: smoothness, juicy yellow fruits and dried herbs, great freshness and flavor. Aromas of smoke, pear and flowers. Weighty and concentrated; a long finish.
Hand-harvested. 40 year old vines. Full-cluster press; fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks. Aged in tank on fine lees for up to two years.
