Made from Moscato Bianco, Francesco and girlfriend Pauline combine complete love and care for their land with experimentation in the cellar, to produce this stunning Favonio. Made with 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, grown in predominantly limestone soil. The grapes spend between 5/6 days on skins in concrete, then racked in to 700L oak barrel. The wine is bottled in spring and release after couple of months in bottle. A clean, powerful yet delicate orange. The effect of the limestone and skin contact is so evident through the stone fruit flavour, all whilst maintaining it's crisp, fresh and clean feel. Pink grapefruit salad. Organic
