The fruit is sourced from the only estate vineyard planted with Pinot Grigio grapes, characterized by the northern exposure which gives way to fresh wines any given year. Hand harvest in the 3rd week of August, destemmed and spontaneously fermented after very short skin maceration. Raised in stainless steel vas with weekly lees stirring for roughly 8 months. 1640 bottles produced. Natural wine coming from an estate attending a good bunch of natural wine fairs and proud member of Vinnatur and VAN (Vignaioli Artigiani Naturali).
