Varietals: 50% skin-contact pinot gris, 50% skin-contact gewürztraminer
Farming: Organic, Unfiltered/Unfined, Low added sulfites
Balance, structure, gorgeous color. A really delicious vintage of Only Zuul with roses, grapefruit and wet rocks on the nose. Medium-bodied and tastes like blood oranges.
Skin macerated for 30 days and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling. No fining, no filter, blended and bottled with a small addition of sulfur.
