Octave, so-called owing to the eight terraces the vines are planted over on and around Mount Karvounis, is a gentle direct-press. This dry white conveys the mineral expression of the rocks present on the island and is a good amalgamation of its soil profile. The salinic aromas of muscat are elegant, avoiding the heavier side of the grape.
