A stunning Cab Franc. Black fruit in the nose, raspberries in the mouth. Fine and elegant, fresh and pure. Grapes were destemmed by hand, maceration for 14 days. Soft punchdowns done by hand and foot at the beginning of the fermentation. Elevage in old barriques for 10 months. Pair this with a steak or portobello mushrooms. Organic
