It goes down a little too easy, so two bottles is suggested. YEASTS: Native FERMENTATION: Fermentation together; 10 days on the skins in stainless steel. No clarification or filtration MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION: Yes SULPHUR: 55 mg/L total added at pressing, end of fermentation and bottling
