Tropical gives the nose aromas of fresh fruit, in particular the passion fruit and pineapple. In the mouth it is sapid, with beautiful freshness and fruity hints.
Spontaneous fermentation and aging in fiberglass tanks for 8 months on the fine lees. No added S02. Unfined/Unfiltered.
