Orange-gold in colour, It's a blend of Trebbiano, Ottonese and Malvasia. So fresh - huge acid. Plenty of riper fruits too, but acid controls the conversation here. Borderline friendly style - but not too friendly...neapple and a nutty streak linger on the salty finish. Zippy, bright, engaging.
Spontaneous fermentation with 2 days of maceration on the skins. Aging: 8 months in steel
