Sete's Sabbia is a refreshing blend of Malvasia & Ottonese, the juice of which spends two days macerating on the skins to lend the wine some structure. This process yields a lighter style orange wine, leaning towards the a medium bodied white end of the spectrum. The nose is aromatic, and the pallet is tart, zesty, and mineral, with a slightly saline quality.
