Chardonnay
This Chardonnay comes from 2 vineyards; Bien Nacido Vineyard Block I planted in 1973 and Riverbench Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. Whole cluster pressed and barrel fermentation in old 225-liter Fresh oak with native yeast. Aged on lees without additives for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal SO2 added at bottling. 700 cases produced.
