The deep yellow colored white wine has fresh acidity, stone fruits, fresh flowers, Mediterranean herbs and a slight saltiness that make it a perfect food wine! Ripe & intact grapes are hand-harvested, de-stemmed/crushed and fast pressed. Macerated with indigenous yeast on skins for 5 days in inox tank. Spontaneous Malolactic Fermentation in tank. Aged in concrete tank until bottling in Spring following harvest.
