2020 - Montepulciano
Light, juicy with a touch of tongue-tickling fizz, the carbo treatment lifts the dense, often tannic, Montepulciano without masking the grape's trademark black fruit and herbal notes. Refreshing and easy drinking, this is an excellent chillable fall/winter red, for food (it's versatile and works with everything) or for stand-alone enjoyment.
Hand de-stemmed grapes, maceration for 5 days, after pressing the fermentation occurs spontaneously without skins. Aging in fiberglass, without any racking, no filtration, no added yeast.
