2020 - The bouquet is extremely decisive and presents citrus and tropical fruit notes that precede a decidedly herbaceous finish. Finally, when tasted, it amazes the palate for its strong acidity which is however well balanced with savory accents. It is a wine that fascinates for its eccentricity and intense acidity, with a citrus notes that remain in the mouth for a lifetime. It is a wine that comes from a blend of two different vinifications: half undergoes a carbonic semi-maceration of 15 days, the other half two days of skin maceration. Both wines have a spontaneous fermentation, refine in steel separately and then be assembled at the first racking. No filtration, no added yeast.
