The 'Boaz' is a blend of old-vine Carignan, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Testa Ranch planted in 1912. It's the burliest red of the bunch, but it remains lithe, acid driven and focused. Gamey dark forested berry fruit with peppercorn, anise and a little smoke.

Winemaking: whole cluster, spontaneous fermentation in polyethylene with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation
