The aromas and hints of tannins are just phenomenal. Slightly medicinal, elderflower, honey, a touch of bees wax, floral. Texture persists on the palate and gives to honey, hints of tropical acidity grapefruit/pineapple? Very precise, without being boring. A flirt.
Direct press, èlevage in 70% barrique and 30% tank. Unfined/Unfiltered, Low to no added SO2.
