A Roussanne which evolves on an unusual aromatic profile, very fresh with lots of white fruits. There is a nice density to the wine, surprising even given the aromatics and the alcohol content which offers a very finely caressing touch. The finish is slightly more yellow fruitted and aromatic, with hints of apricot and warm apple.
Harvest: by hand
Directly pressed, fermented and aged in barrels and vats, it is truly remarkable!
