80% Chardonnay, 20% Tocai Friulano ‘Slatnik’ is a textured and aromatic Chardonnay blend rounded out with 20% Tokai. Flavors of yellow fruit, melon rind, and rain-soaked rocks dominate this exquisite and thought-provoking palate. Grapes are hand-harvested. The maceration of the skin with the juice lasts for 8/14 days in oak vats. The wine is then matured for 18 months in 25/35hl casks. Bottles are then aged for 2 months before being released
