A SPARKLING Red, Indocilis is an amazing wine. The "grandfather's cellar" smell is surprising, the pleasant acidity and the flavors of red fruit that it releases in the mouth are surprising.

From organic grapes, long maceration (30 days), without sulphur dioxide, native yeast, without filtration, refermented with the must of Barbera 2014, not degorged, screw cap.
