This wine spends 2 weeks on the skins, resulting in a chewy, tannic finish. The mid palate is very elegant with balanced acidity. Volcanic soil gives this orange wine an ashy minerality, lots of zest, and earthy aromatics.
All grapes are dry farmed and harvested manually. Though uncertified, the producer follows organic, biodynamic and low-intervention farming practices. Vines are planted on volcanic soil. Wine is fermented spontaneously. <10 mg/L added SO2. Unfined/Unfiltered.
