Khikhvi
An early ripening white variety. Aromatic and distinctive with soft acidity it is quite accessible to conventional wine drinkers. This example of Khikhvi shows ripe fruit, earthy notes, peas, raw nuts, sultanas. The palate is plush and long with a great mouth feel. I found this wine gentle and not too confronting for the uninitiated. I would drink this wine now with something cheese based.
