Partida Creus, Tempranillo Litrona

2020 Tempranillo Tempranillo is referred to as Ull de Llebre in Cataluña which means, eye of the hare. Funny enough, Massimo of Partida Creus has eyes but no hair. He and his partner Antonella (yes, they’re Italian) have been making wine in the Baix Penedes region for about 20 years, focusing on native grape varieties and natural wine made without additives of any kind. Put bluntly, they put the ability in drinkability. This is a LITER of organically farmed Tempranillo, with minimal process or intervention, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2 - like all of the wines in our "Litrona" project. Tastes delicious, very "Partida Creus" in style, medium-light bodied, dark berries, touch of that earth and spice. Washes down far too easily. Totally chillable. Organic
