100% Subirat Parent a rare and almost forgotten local variety, from a single vineyard. It is a light, crisp and aromatic wine. On the nose, it is intense with aromas of ripe white fruit and flowery notes that stand out. In the mouth bright lemon peel and orange flowers in a mix of sweet and sour.
It’s direct-pressed with the stems and of course naturally fermented, it rests on the lees for at least 3 months before bottling with no debasing fining, filtration or added SO2.
