Ruby red color. On the nose, elegant aromas of red fruits, berries and herbs of the mountain. On the palate, it is a very pure wine, doing justice to the Monastrell, with a long, delicate and enveloping finish.
Sourced from dry-farmed, high-altitude old vines (ranging from 15 to 90 years old across limestone and sandy soils). Avoids heavy extraction and oak aging, instead undergoing brief skin contact and aging in concrete vats to emphasize freshness.
