La Batussa started as a covid baby (the need for a go-to, affoardable, not super freaky natural wine). Usually only sold in the Barcelona scene, we are excited to share it with you here! His wines are balanced with acidity and freshness, and reflect the Mediterranean region where they come from. Think shrubby red fruits with a fresh and exciting quality about it.
Grapes are hand harvested, with carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and a little bit of SO2.
