La Batussa started as a covid baby (the need for a go-to, affoardable, not super freaky natural wine). Usually only sold in the Barcelona scene, we are excited to share it with you here! The result: a white wine that perfectly expresses its region. An arid Mediterranean region, with hot days, a cool salty wind in the afternoons and cool nights due to its elevation. These are qualities that give his wine a concentration which in turn is balanced with acidity and freshness. Hand harvested, 24 hours of skin contact and spontaneous yeast fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and a little bit of SO2.
