A leathery and voluptuous natural stunner. Plum, pomegranate, rhubarb, tobacco, cherry, and strawberry. Round and smooth tannins. Medium-bodied, juicy yet serious.
In the cellar the vinification involves 7 to 10 days of fermentation with indigenous yeasts , matures for four months in oak barrels and for about twelve months in steel.
