On the nose, aromas of strawberry, blackberry and violet plume from the glass, mingled with subtle spice notes. On the palate, there is a delicate acidity and smooth, velvety tannins that envelop the mouth. Those berry and floral flavors pirouette across the tongue in a seamless dance towards a refined and elegant finish with an added mineral complexity.
100% de-stemmed grapes with a gentle old school fermentation and maceration before being aged for 18 months in barrel of which 10% were new medium plus toast.
