Youngser is Milan’s Nouveau, which comes in white, rosé and red. Vinification Notes: The grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed. The juice ferments in 2000-liter stainless steel tanks. The wine ferments for about 2 months, with occasional piegeage and indigenous yeast fermentation. Elevage takes place in the same tanks for about 2 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with zero sulfur added.
The Youngster Red s an ink-like cuvée from his young generation line. It has the typical cassis flavour of the Cabernet, and the dark color is given by the Dornfelder grapes. The wine is light and fruity, low in both acidity and tannins and a nice yogurt aftertaste.
