Grape Varietal: Albillo
It is a lusciously, full-bodied wine with stone fruit flavors and delicately creamy texture. Manual harvest, in boxes of 15 kilos. Grapes are destemmed manually and placed in barrels. Pre-fermentation maceration during 36 hours in refrigerated tank. Maceration with the skins for 24 hours. Low temperature alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts. Lees are kept throughout the fermentation and aging process. The wine is unrefined and unfiltered.
