Macabeu, Muscat of Alexandria
A blend of Muscat of Alexandria and Macabeu, both given a two week period of skin contact resulting is a moderately tannic orange wine. Aromatic and bright yellow fruit notes with dried citrus peels. Organic farming with biodynamic practices, wild yeast ferment, no filtering or fining and bottled without sulfur added. Thomas Lubbe is a masterful winemaker, raised in South African but has since settled in the Roussillon region of southern France.
